Your experience

No surprises,
just delights.

At the core, your experience is all that matters to us. We want you to know exactly what to expect from our design process and when, so you can have a smooth and memorable experience.

01.

Initial showroom visit

Leisurely meander through our Schüller, next125 and handmade kitchen displays whilst interacting with our 90+ working appliances. This is the main reason we operate as appointment only, so you can take in our showroom at your own pace as well as receive our full attention.

02.

Consultation

This is where we really get the ball rolling. You’ll meet the full team and we’ll discuss every detail of the project (with refreshments). It’s important that we get a deep understanding of your lifestyle, tastes and requirements to make your kitchen a true extension of your family.

“We’ve ended up with a Kitchen layout and style we love using and being in, it’s genuinely changed the way we use the house and live in it so a huge thank you to team for being part of that.”

03.

Design presentation

Your kitchen brought to life. Here you’ll see for the first time a 3D render of your new kitchen. We’ll also share with you mood boards and materials samples to make sure we really hit your vision. Finally, you’ll get an initial quote to take away and consider.

04.

Follow-up meetings

This stage is where we’ll run through the design and layout as well as any amendments that may have been made since the initial design presentation. We won’t stop short of perfection.
We’ll also finalise the quote – and if you’re happy – sign it off.

05.

Technical bits

We’ll send out one of our excellent installers to survey the site to make sure your design will work perfectly. When given the green light the technical drawings will be sent for production. If you opted for a Schüller or next125 kitchen, they’ll be sent directly to Germany to be built on the Schüller campus. If handmade, we’ll get cracking on it ourselves.

06.

Your installation

Your kitchen is ready to be installed by our talented master joiners and artisans. All the while, the project will be overseen by our project manager and director, Matthew. As we provide a turnkey service all associated trades and works will be co-ordinated by us. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, finish in a timely manner and always tidy up after ourselves.
