Orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase the products listed in the order. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd occurs when we dispatch the products to you. Payment for your order is processed securely through our payment gateway. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within the UK, excluding certain parts of Scotland (Please contact us to make sure delivery is available if this includes you). Shipping times may vary, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Risk of loss and damage to the products pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Customers in the UK have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the products, as required by statutory regulations. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the 14-day period may be extended during busy periods.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or not as described. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
6. Right to Refuse Purchase
Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will issue a refund for any payments made.

Referral Programme
£250 for each referral
1. For each successful referral you will receive £250 in cash.
2. Referral cash will be paid within 5 working days from the receipt of the referred client’s deposit payment.
3. Total value of the referral must exceed £15,000 net of VAT.
4. There is no limit on the amount of referrals.
5. We reserve the right to challenge or withdraw referrals if foul play is suspected.
