Your rights for online orders
Agreement to terms
By placing an online/e-commerce order with Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase. This policy pertains only to the purchase of electrical appliances and their accessories via our website or telephone. For a refund policy that pertains to our kitchen installation service please see your sales contract.
Product information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. However, Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. We also do not guarantee the accuracy of colours displayed on your device.
Ordering and payment
Orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase the products listed in the order. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd occurs when we dispatch the products to you. Payment for your order is processed securely through our payment gateway. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping to UK Mainland only, excluding certain parts of Scotland (Please contact us to make sure delivery is available if this includes you). Shipping times may vary, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Risk of loss and damage to the products pass to you upon delivery
Returns and refunds
Customers in the UK have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the products, as required by statutory regulations. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the 14-day period may be extended during busy periods.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or not as described. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
By original condition we mean:
• You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
• You haven’t used the product.
• The product contains no personal data and isn’t registered to a user.

What can’t be refunded
These products can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described:
• Purchases received over 14 days ago
• Items you’ve opened or unsealed, other than where necessary to inspect
• Items without the original packaging or labels
• Items or packaging in poor condition
• Items that contain your personal data or have been registered with the manufacturer
• Products made or cut to your own specifications
• Products that have been personalised for you
If you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
In some cases, we may be able to accept returns outside of our policy subject to a restocking fee and dependent on the item’s overall condition.
How you will receive a refund
For items below £500, you’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used.
For higher-value items, a refund will be processed once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist, which can take up to 21 days.
Return costs
All items unless damaged or faulty are to be returned at the expense of the buyer.
Issues with your return
You should receive your refund for returns within 14 days of sending the item back
It can take up to seven days for it to reach our returns centre. Then, we check and process your return, which can take up to two days. We’ll then send you an email to confirm it’s been processed and your refund should be in your account within five days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of sending it, please contact us.
We don’t take responsibility for items returned to us by mistake. We can’t guarantee that incorrect items can be found or returned to you and we do not accept any liability for such returns. If you realise you have returned an item in error please contact us immediately with the order details.
Right to refuse purchase
Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will issue a refund for any payments made.
Limitation of liability
Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to this policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Inspired Design (Yorkshire) Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
