The East Yorkshire Traditional Kitchen.
This kitchen has been created using a traditional 5-piece wood shaker door, its forms part of the Schuller Finca range. With Carrara quartz worktops from CRL stone.
Situated in Drillington, East Riding of Yorkshire, this 300-year-old farmhouse had a miserable out-dated kitchen. After speaking to the clients’ and liaising with their appointed builder, the decision was made to flood the room with light by incorporating vast patio doors.
The final design creates a dominant atmosphere from its striking appearance, yet still offers a comfortable homely feel. The grey and white lacquer incorporated into this kitchen takes the usual traditional look and gives a contemporary twist, making it refreshing and current. The antique cup handles compliment the design throughout.
To accompany the chosen traditional Aga, the client opted for the state-of-the-art appliances, Siemens studio line throughout, along with the stunning Quooker boiling water tap in chrome.
The clients’ were completely overwhelmed at how our Design Director- Jonathan, had created such a contrasting kitchen to the original.
